Orlando Science Schools is pleased to announce the 2015 Saturday Academic Studies. This year the State of Florida is shifting from FCAT to the Florida Standards Assessment (FSA) which is a new Florida aligned Common Core Standards. The following Florida Standards Assessments will be administered for the first time in spring 2015:
• Grades 3–11 English Language Arts (Writing component in grades 4–11)
• Grades 3–8 Mathematics
• Algebra 1 End-of-Course Assessment
• Geometry End-of-Course Assessment
• Algebra 2 End-of-Course Assessment

The students, who participate Saturday Leadership Academic Studies regularly and demonstrate a good conduct, will be awarded a dress down as an incentive. The Eligible Students’ names will be announced every Monday before the dress down week.
