7th Grade MOSI Field Trip

OSS 7th Grade students are invited to join the field trip to MOSI where they will have a chance to visit and see the educational opportunities at MOSI.
This trip is limited to 100 students. Students who received in school Suspension are not eligible for this trip. Students also need to have at least a C average. All applications need to be turned in to Mr. Kriebel. The Application deadline is Monday, October 27, 2014. (First Come, First Serve). The trip cost for students is $45.00, which includes transportation and admission. Lunch will be provided (pizza.) Students who receive an intervention form/office referral will not receive a refund for the trip.
Information about the field trip:
$11) Students will have access to most exhibits (sorry: no ropes/zip lines.)

$13) Mapping the Universe: Planetarium
$14) Lunch will be provided by MOSI
Please return your payment (cash only) along with this application form to Mr. Kriebel only.

8:00AM: Departure from OSS
10:00AM: Estimated Arrival at MOSI Tampa
10:00 AM Group Admissions/ Mapping the Universe
12:00 PM - Group Lunch
1:00 PM This is Your Brain: Live @ The Amazing You
2:00 PM departure
3:30-4:00PM arrive back at OSS
